However, one much take into account that while the US was being established, it had less then a century of history. Chinese history spans nearly 2000 years. While, it is also true that Preamble needn't be so long and detailed, America didn't have too much of a history to dive into. I can't say that I am too surprised to find that the Chinese consitution is biased. After all, every government is going to be baised one way or another.

\nBoth the US and Chinese consitution are both documents written after internal revolution. Both documents call for the creation of a state that would represent their peoples. The Chinese preamble focuses on the Chinese state and how it was established ("China is a country with one of the longest histories in the world"). So many sentences begin with "China is" or "China has."
